David “Val” Fernelius

Val is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to creating financial strategies. Client goals, objectives and values provide the focal point for developing a road map towards financial success. Val specializes in helping clients organize their financial lives, identify goals and develop and implement effective wealth accumulation and retirement distribution strategies. Val and his wife Sophie live in Half Moon Bay, where Val is an active member of the community. He’s the current vice president of the Coastside Tennis Association and served as president of the Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay from 2004 – 2005. Val recently served as the vice president of the Board of Trustees of the Wasatch Academy Boarding School in Utah. Val enjoys hanging out in Sedona, AZ, cactus and succulent gardening, history, watching sports, Pilates and playing tennis.
